What does the HOA do?

  • The Homeowner’s Association (HOA) is a non-profit corporation that exists to help preserve property values through architectural controls, design guidelines, and deed restrictions. Additionally, the association provides for the management of the HOA and the maintenance of the pool and community facilities through the collection of dues. The HOA also promotes a sense of community through committees, events, etc.

  • Once you have closed on your home, please email the Board of Directors at [email protected], and we will have a key delivered to you personally.

What are my HOA dues?

  • The current dues, as of 2022, are $650.00, collected semi-annually at $325.00, due semiannually.

When are my HOA dues collected?

  • The dues are currently billed in December, due on January 1, and billed in June, due on July 1 of each year.

If I see a broken sprinkler in the common area, whom do I call?

How do I sign up for a committee?

  • If you are interested in joining a committee, please send an email to the Board of directors at [email protected].

What committees can I sign up for?

  • The current committees are Architectural, Crime Watch, Holiday Décor, Landscape, Pool & Playground, and Social Committee.

How do I get approval to make modifications to my home?

Are storage sheds allowed?

  • Yes, with restrictions and only when approved in writing by the ACC. Be sure and read Article 9.12 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for full shed specifications.

Are playsets/trampolines allowed?

  • Yes, when approved in writing by the ACC.

Are basketball goals allowed?

  • Temporary goals are only allowed to be installed in the rear yard. They may also be used in the front of the house as long as they are put away from view when not in use. A permanent goal may be installed with the approval of the ACC.

Do I need approval to paint the trim of my house or to replace my roof?

  • If you are using the same type and color of materials for the repair, no approval is necessary. If you would like to paint your trim a different color, please fill out a Change Request form and submit a color sample to the ACC. The documents do specify the materials that must be used when replacing your roof. Article 11.5 (F) ii states that, at minimum 20-year warranty shingle is required, and the color must be Weatherwood or its equivalent.

Who do I report deed restriction violations?

  • All violations can be sent via email to [email protected] or by using the form on the Comments page. All reports will be handled with confidentiality.

Do I need a full set of the deed restrictions – whom do I call?
