The Pool Committee has been established to help maintain the peace and general resident enjoyment of the pool area. Each resident has the authority by the Board of Directors to enforce the rules of the HOA. The process by which they do this is the following:

  • Politely engage in conversation with residents.
  • Ask for information from pool attendees (name, address, age, etc.).
  • Remind and enforce rules posted on the sign or otherwise implied.
  • Escort unwilling rule breakers outside of the fenced pool area.
  • Notify police of illegal activity and file criminal charges.
